谢谢提问,我的拿手菜就是水煮肉了!肉味香辣,软嫩,易嚼。吃时肉嫩菜鲜 ,汤红油亮,麻辣味浓,最宜下饭,为家常接待亲朋好友高大尚美食之一。
其实这道菜很简单今天我教大家几步就搞定。
1:最基本配料:里脊切片,豆瓣酱,干辣椒花椒,葱姜蒜。
2:将里脊用盐、料酒 鸡蛋抓匀,最后在上淀粉(这样可以把味道保护起来)腌制30分钟。
